• Forwarding or correspondence address
• New occupier name, phone number and email address
• Documentation to show responsibility for the property has changed

If you're moving in to premises supplied by us please contact us the day after you move in as we can only process your move once you're moved in. We'll need:
• Opening meter read
• Full name, phone number and email address
• Documentation to show responsibility for the property has changed
